By accessing and using JSNH Engine Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must not use the service.
JSNH Engine Lab is a modular API platform that enables developers and businesses to integrate validation, detection, and data processing functionality through API calls. The service is provided under a token-based pay-per-use model.
To access the service you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed under your account.
You agree not to use the service for: (a) illegal or fraudulent activities, (b) sending spam or malicious content, (c) attempting to access unauthorized systems, (d) reselling the service without express authorization, (e) intentionally overloading the infrastructure.
Tokens are the service consumption unit. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We strive to maintain 99.9% availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSNH Engine Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
